4 Chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoon Oregano
2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Olive Bruschetta
1/2 Cup Spanish Olive
3 carrots
4 celery stalks
1 small head cauliflower
½ Cup capers
¼ Pimento
¼ Cup black olives
6 cloves Minced garlic
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon parsley
½ Cup Olive Oil
- Season the chicken with the stated ingredients above and grill on medium/low heat for about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked
- Finely chop all the ingredients for the olive bruschetta and combine in a large bowl
- Plate the chicken and top with the olive bruschetta or leave it on the side to be eaten as desired
