Go Green Shake

A shake or smoothie is a perfect way to start your morning. This shake is packed with all of our favorite greens that provide us with all the essential vitamins and nutrients like vitamins A, B and C. The best part is being able to prepare it the night before and zipping it up in the morning for those days you might be struggling to find a moment to yourself. Enjoy this crisp and refreshing shake!

Ingredients

½ granny smith apple
1 large celery stalk
⅓ cucumber
1 inch ginger root, peeled
¼ lemon, juiced
¼ lime, juiced
1 handful parsley
1 handful spinach
1 handful kale

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for about 1 minute or until a desired consistency.
