
This mustard and lemon salmon recipe is so tasty that you’ll feel like your kitchen transformed into a bistro! Casual enough for a family dinner, but elegant enough for company. The complexity of the flavors from the mustard and lemon take the salmon to a whole new level!

24 oz Salmon (1.5 lbs) Wild Caught Salmon
2 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
Juice of half a lemon
2 cloves of garlic finely minced
4 ¼ slices of lemon
1 tsp salt
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the salmon and lemon slices.
- Lay the salmon out on your baking sheet and brush on the mustard mixture evenly on the flesh side up only-skin side of fish down on the baking sheet.
- Lay the lemon slices on top of the fish so each serving will have a slice.
- Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
