Lettuce Tacos

Lettuce Tacos

Servings: 4

1.5-2 lbs Lean Ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken or a mix!)
1 head organic Romaine lettuce
2 packages Organic Gluten-Free Taco seasoning
1 Cup water
1 Organic tomato vine-ripened diced
1 small White onion Minced
½ Cup fat-free sour cream (Optional)
1 avocado sliced thinly

  1. Heat a large pan at medium heat.
  2. Add your meats to the pan and start to break it up as it cooks.
  3. Turn up the heat to high and cook the meat until browned.
  4. Turn down the heat to medium-low and add the water to the pan along with the taco seasoning packages.
  5. Stir together and let the water cook out while stirring the mixture every few minutes.
  6. Gather the remaining ingredients on the table and enjoy each taco with a fresh and crispy lettuce shell and all your favorite toppings!
