Mustard and Lemon Crusted Salmon

This mustard and lemon salmon recipe is so tasty that you’ll feel like your kitchen transformed into a bistro! Casual enough for a family dinner, but elegant enough for company. The complexity of the flavors from the mustard and lemon take the salmon to a whole new level!

Servings: 4

24 oz Salmon (1.5 lbs) Wild Caught Salmon
2 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
Juice of half a lemon
2 cloves of garlic finely minced
4 ¼ slices of lemon
1 tsp salt

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the salmon and lemon slices.
  3. Lay the salmon out on your baking sheet and brush on the mustard mixture evenly on the flesh side up only-skin side of fish down on the baking sheet.
  4. Lay the lemon slices on top of the fish so each serving will have a slice.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
